Goes to Indian Finance Minister,Mr.P.Chidambaram for reducing the duty on pet foods while ensuring that the common man got no other concessions from the Union Budget.

WHAT?!!I thought you'd be happy!How many people in the world have awards named after them?Alfred Nobel,Ramon Magasasay,...etc.See what exalted company you are in?The Nobel Prize comes from Alfred Nobel's earning.In this case you are not even spending a 'phooti kaudi' and you still say,"grrrrrr...?".What a shame!
